This 3-month package is ideal for those who are working through a particularly challenging life season or who desire to engage more intentionally with their spiritual journey in service of deep healing and transformation.
The extra time and space enable us to set goals and gently uncover your own innate wisdom, while giving you a chance to fully integrate the insights you receive in service of lasting transformation.

At its essence, my method is rooted in perspective-taking.
Perspective-taking is the practice of seeking to understand someone else’s experience from their vantage point versus our own. I hold space for you with compassionate, nonjudgmental awareness, listening to your experience from my heart.
I listen both with empathy and an intention to uncover any underlying thoughts, feelings, and core beliefs that may be influencing your current experience. I ask clarifying questions to confirm that I’m understanding the situation from your point of view.
I then invite you to consider an alternative perspective to the one you’ve been operating from. Oftentimes, we get mentally or emotionally “stuck” in a repetitive, tunnel-vision storyline that has outlived its usefulness.
By considering our current circumstances from a higher, broader perspective, we gain access to a more self-empowered state of awareness that supports our ability to “change our minds”, and therefore, our lives.
Through this reciprocity of perspective-taking, profound insights and deeper understandings can arise from within you. You begin to answer your own questions and intuitively understand the best next step forward on your path.

My process combines cognitive and somatic work as we aim to reconnect and integrate our mental, emotional, and physical bodies—coming back into wholeness.
Our one-hour session begins with a brief grounding meditation. This lasts no longer than 1-3 minutes, and it supports us in fully “arriving” to the conversation. It also helps to alleviate any anxiety you may be holding.
After our grounding practice, I will invite you to share what’s “up” for you - what is the story, emotion, or experience that you would like to address in our session.
After listening to your perspective and asking clarifying questions, I will mirror back what I’m hearing before offering a possible alternative perspective for you to consider. We’ll unpack any “aha!” moments or insights that may arise for you during this conversation.
I will conclude our session with another grounding practice to help you settle your nervous system before you continue with the rest of your day.
I will then follow up with an email that includes my own intuitive reflections from our conversation as well as a suggested practice for you to use as you continue integrating whatever wisdom surfaced from our session.

Everything about our self-identity, lived experience, and even the world around us, consists of rhythms and patterns.
We encounter an unfathomable amount of information every moment of every day, and if we were to try to “see” every single aspect, we would find it very challenging to get through the day. As a survival strategy, our brains identify reliable patterns and create a framework—a storyline—to help us navigate day-to-day living.
While this is a very useful feature of our brain, it also can become incredibly limiting. We can become locked into our storylines, creating a sort of “prison of thoughts”, in which we become a victim of life instead of the co-creative role we are meant to embody. In short, we forget our power and limitlessness.
Sometimes all we need is the smallest shift in perspective to begin reframing our story, reclaiming our personal power, and living our lives with more intentionality and authenticity.
