This is a beginner-friendly, full-spectrum class. We’ll work with spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, breathwork (pranayama), wisdom teachings, and more to explore the depth that exists within our everyday experience.
THE DETAILS
Please bring a yoga mat and a yoga blanket, meditation cushion, or pillow to sit on. I have a limited number of mats and blankets available.
Tea is available for the break, but you may also like to bring your own water bottle.
The cost of the class is $50*, payable in cash, card (website only) or through cashapp: $jenijuarez or venmo:@Jeni-Juarez

You’ll park behind the building, enter through the loading dock, and head up to the second floor.
